Established in 2002 to provide an ethical and environmentally sustainable IT Recycling service, BR Environmental Services (BRES) has seen steady growth and is now a fully licensed waste management company for the WEEE waste stream.

In March 2009 BRES became Leicester and Leicestershire's first and only Approved Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF) for WEEE.

Operating from over 40,000 square feet premises, BRES prides itself on being at the forefront of providing its customers and partners with a fully compliant WEEE service, from recovery and reuse of WEEE to complete component level recycling.

Yet another first for BRES is its state of the art CRT recycling plant, the only one of its kind in the East Midland's region. The plant is able to separate hazardous waste material (phosphorous and Leaded glass) from computer monitors and TV's, thus 100% recycling is achieved. This service is available to our clients both in the public and private sector enabling us to generate evidence notes towards their recycling targets.

BRES's clients range from some of the largest PLCs in the UK to local government bodies, universities, NHS trusts and banks.
